1. What we collect

(a) The photos you upload, used only to make the videos you request. (b) The videos we generate for you. (c) Order details: the pack you bought, an order reference, and the email you optionally give us. Payment details are collected by Waffo, our merchant of record; we never see your card number.

2. Who processes your photos

Photos and videos are stored on Cloudflare (R2 storage). When you upload a photo it is checked for safety by an AI vision model running on Cloudflare Workers AI. To make a video, your photo is sent to our AI video provider, which is one of two models depending on the template you pick: Seedance 2.5 by ByteDance, or MiniMax Hailuo. Both are reached through the same API gateway, and the photo is used for that render only. We do not sell your data and we do not use your photos to train AI models.

3. Emails

After payment we send one email with your order link to the address you gave at checkout. We do not send marketing email.

4. How long we keep it

Uploaded photos are deleted automatically 7 days after upload. Generated videos stay available on your order page so you can download them again; ask us any time and we will delete them.

5. Cookies

We do not use cookies or third-party trackers. Your browser stores a random visitor ID, the site that referred you, and a list of your order links locally (in localStorage). We use these to count visits and purchases by source and to make the "My videos" link work. This data stays with us.

To access or delete your photos, videos or order data, email support@sendare.co with your order reference.
